As I left work today and heading up the stairs to the C-Train platform, a gentleman tried to hand me an issue of the local Metro newspaper…from this morning.
In today’s hyper-connected world, why is a newspaper printing so many newspapers that they can hand them out at the end of the day, when it’s NO LONGER ‘NEWS’? And to that point, why are they still printing anything at all? It’s a free paper. How are they making any money and attracting advertisers?
